Short answers
Tap a question to open it.
How long do pads and batteries last?
It depends on the brand. Most pads last 2 to 5 years, and most batteries about 4 to 5. The expiration date is printed on each one.
Can you remind me when they're due?
Yes, for free. Tell us your AED model and the dates on your pads and battery, and we'll send a reminder before they expire.
Do I need child pads?
If kids under 8 (or under 55 lbs) could be around, it's a good idea. Some AEDs use a child key or one set of pads for adults and kids instead. Text a photo and we'll tell you what yours needs.
What happens to the old pads and battery?
In Sitka, we can take them when we drop off the new ones, or you can keep them. Your call.
How do I pay?
We send your total with a payment link. Card online, cash or check all work. We order once it's paid.
